OCEAN CITY – A 38-year-old Philadelphia man has been arrested after cameras were found in public restrooms on the boardwalk June 12.
Harold Perkins of the 4200 block of Glenview Street has been charged with six counts of invasion of privacy and six counts of endangering the welfare of children (manufacturing child pornography), according to a release by the Ocean City Police Department.
Police officers had responded to the public bathrooms at Sixth Street and the boardwalk at about 12:25 p.m. June 12 on a report of a recording device found inside one of the bathrooms.
